ChatGPT knows exactly what Moz is, 87/100 on Latent Brand Association, almost as high as Ahrefs. But its Authority score (how often it actually gets recommended in category questions) is 39. The model knows Moz. It just won't recommend Moz. Mangools is even stranger: 75 on LBA, 7 on Authority. Clear association, never picked. I did this for 10,128 brands across 459 industries.
