You need links whether you like it or not. Because the more you have, assuming they are high in quality and relevant, the higher you will rank.
But you'll find that most strategies to obtain them don't work well.
Such as emailing hundreds of sites begging for links... most people will just ignore you.
So how do you get them? Here is the best approach, especially if you are just starting off.
