Before AI defines your brand for you…

If someone discovers your brand through an AI tool, would the description they see be accurate?

In a lot of cases, it's not.

AI systems tend to blend whatever they can find, mixing outdated details, old reviews, missing services, or contradictory listings into a single "summary" that can be the first impression people see.

As you can imagine, this can be damaging in many ways.

That's why it's worth doing a simple foundation-level test:

An audit of what AI thinks your brand is.

Ask the major LLMs:
"Who is [Your Brand Name]?"
"What does [Your Brand Name] do?"
"Who is [Your Brand Name] a good fit for?"

You'll learn instantly whether it has a clear understanding of your business or whether it's making things up.

Document everything… it will serve as a comparison for later.

From there, the next step is straightforward:
Strengthen and align your brand signals everywhere AI looks.

Your website, schema, business listings, reviews, and social profiles. Consistency is what helps AI correct itself.

Want my team to figure this out for you and build a plan to correct and strengthen your brand signals to AI? Get on a quick 1:1 call with us to get started.
